Crafted with forged pistons for unbeatable strength, this kit includes a set of pistons, rings, wristpins, and clips. With a wrist pin deck height of 1.270″, these pistons are designed to give you an exhilarating ride. Made in the U.S.A., these pistons require connecting rods with a rod length of 7.440″ (standard length OEM #24281-74A) for optimal performance. Using earlier connecting rods with a rod length of 7.470″ (OEM # 24281-41A) may slightly increase the compression ratio by about one-half point and could cause clearance issues (be sure to thoroughly check piston to cylinder head clearances when using early style rods).
